Refund & reschedule policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to fees paid directly to Desktop Elmway Mining Lab for a confirmed seminar seat or private planning session. Informational website browsing incurs no charge.

Timeframe

• Cancellation 14 or more days before the session start: full refund of fees paid, minus any non-refundable deposit stated on your fee note.
• Cancellation 7–13 days before: 50% refund of fees paid.
• Cancellation fewer than 7 days before, or no-show: no refund.

Partial refunds

If Desktop Elmway Mining Lab shortens a session for reasons under our control (for example instructor illness without a substitute), you may choose a proportional refund or a seat on a later date.

Non-refundable items

Printed workbook packs already produced for a named attendee, third-party venue surcharges listed on a fee note, and deposits expressly marked non-refundable are not returned once preparation has begun.

Refund process

Email info@desktopelmway.click with your name, session date, and payment reference. We confirm eligibility within five business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.

Cancellation and rescheduling

You may request one free reschedule to another published date if notice arrives at least 7 days before the original session and space remains. Later changes are treated under the cancellation schedule above.

Deposits and no-shows

Deposits hold a seat. Missing the session without notice forfeits the deposit and remaining balance already paid.

Work already started

For private planning sessions, if the meeting has begun, fees for time already delivered are non-refundable. Unused prepaid time may be credited toward a later session within 90 days when both parties agree.

Purchased materials

Physical workbooks handed out in class are yours to keep and are not returnable for refund after distribution.
